There is neighborhood parking available on weekdays and weekends. Streets within a one-block radius (Gower, Arden, Lucerne, etc.) offer two-hour free parking and are typically free all day on weekends (please read signs carefully for restrictions). The Rite Aid lot validates for a small fee, and there are paid meters along Larchmont Boulevard. The Wells Fargo parking lot is free after 5:30pm on weekdays.
Yes, it's best to bring your own mat. However, we also offer mat rentals for $4.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid overly loose garments that might interfere with your practice.
No, we do not have shower facilities at the studio.
