For your first yoga class at Center for Yoga, you should wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a yoga mat. If you don't have a mat, you can rent or buy one at our studio. Also, it's a good idea to arrive a little early and let your instructor know if you have any injuries or health issues.
No, you don't need any experience to join our classes. We have classes for all levels, including beginners. Our instructors can change the exercises to fit your needs. It doesn't matter if you're new to yoga or have been doing it for a long time; we welcome everyone.
Our online classes are meant to be just as good as the ones in the studio. While there might be some differences, like where you're doing the exercises, our instructors are still really good. You can do online classes from your home, which is convenient, and our experienced instructors will guide you. Many people like our online classes a lot.
We have different classes for different levels of fitness. If you're new to yoga or like slower exercises, Gentle and Restorative classes are great. If you want more challenge and a workout, try Vinyasa Flow, Infrared Heated Yoga, or Yoga Power Sculpt. You can also talk to our instructors before or after class to get advice on the best class for you.
